Junior Shupe brings over 27 years of experience to the organization. He has trained his own horses for many years and grew up working with horses of all disciplines, developing a lifelong passion for speed horses.

Junior has been involved with ISHA since its inception and offers extensive knowledge across every aspect of the sport. He oversees the Oversight Committee, where he plays a key role in gait verification for horse registration and the confirmation of ISHA commissioners, and he has served as a judge for speed horses for many years and .

His depth of experience, hands-on training background, and long-standing dedication to the discipline make him a respected authority and an integral part of ISHA’s leadership.
